Supper Club

We were so happy to be able to join forces with the hugely talented and energetic Cass Titcombe and Louis Chidgey, the creators of Brassica restaurant in Beaminster and have them come and cook at our townhouse supper club. We created three intimate dining spaces over two floors and held the event over two consecutive nights so that we could meet local demand. The atmosphere in the house was so warm and convivial and the food was sublime. Starters included wild garlic and parmesan croquettes, smoked eel, beetroot and horseradish blinis, bread with pickles, seaweed butter and aioli, followed by Dorset rose veal tagliata and braised shin with black garlic, Jansen’s temptation, roasted hips cabbage and Lower Hewood farm salad followed by rhubarb and Seville orange pavlova.
